Film was the first place I ever felt completely like myself — a way of showing the world how I saw it without having to manage anyone else’s reaction to it. I worked for TED, UNICEF, Jaguar/Land Rover, Montblanc Jewelry among many others. Work I genuinely love(d).
What followed was the education no title could give me — losses, pivots, rebuilding, a faith I eventually had to let go of. A slow process of figuring out who I actually was when I stopped performing for everyone else.
Which is exactly why I’m useful to people navigating their own version. I know what it costs to make a real change. And I know what it feels like to wish you’d started sooner.
