Alignment isn’t something you chase—it’s something you return to. Reiki helps you align your mind, heart, and purpose to make change stick.
Most people try to think their way through exhaustion.
Reiki offers another path—one that works quietly while you rest.
As your system settles, a new peace begins to surface: better ideas, steadier emotions, more grounded choices. You start to move through the world with the ease that comes from being aligned, not overextended.
It’s about being more present, more yourself, and more capable of the work and life you’re meant to live.
For me, The Verve Method isn’t just about building businesses — it’s about building the people who lead them.
I weave energy alignment into business development to support you in aligning with your goals, restoring belief in what’s possible, and creating from a place of grounded confidence.
Reiki is one of the most overlooked tools in modern leadership — because success isn’t just built; it’s embodied.
Reiki meets you exactly where you are.
It’s often most helpful during transitions—times when old routines no longer fit, or when you sense that something in you is ready to evolve.
Many of my clients come to Reiki when they’re:
I began practicing Reiki in 2020 and became a Reiki Master in 2023.
Since then, it’s become a daily practice—one that’s carried me through grief that was stuck for decades, the rebuilding of my sense of self, and the ongoing work of reconfiguring my life around my values and embracing a life that’s mine to shape.
That’s what I offer my clients: a space to rest, rebalance, and reconnect to what makes them feel whole.
What you can expect from me:
Grounded expertise: I integrate Reiki thoughtfully within real-world and business contexts.
Accessible anywhere: Distance sessions are just as effective as receiving Reiki in person; you simply set aside time to rest while I work.
Whole-person focus: Because who you are and what you create are never separate. My work is as much about you as it is about your vision.
During a session, you’ll relax—seated or lying down—while I focus Reiki to support your body and mind. You may feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of calm; others simply fall asleep.
Most clients describe the experience as freeing, comforting, or deeply peaceful. They often notice that choices and next steps feel easier afterward—as if something inside finally clicked back into place.
Here’s what you may want to know about reiki sessions:
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing method proliferated by Usui Mikao in the 1920s after a profound spiritual experience atop Mount Kurama. From that experience, he developed Usui Reiki Ryoho and began teaching others.
Eventually, Reiki found its way to the West (specifically Hawaii and California) in the 1930s and has since spread worldwide with different styles emerging over time. Though you may see others incorporating crystals and other items in their videos, I have primarily stuck to the methods taught by my teacher and Usui Mikao, relying on byosen (an intuitive scanning technique) and the traditional symbols conferred to practitioners through ascending levels of training.
At its core, Reiki is about using gentle touch (or even working without direct touch) to help the body relax, rebalance, and heal.
Yes! Distance reiki healing transcends location, making it perfect for global entrepreneurs. You can be anywhere in the world and it’ll go to you.
Truthfully, you do not need to be present for this to work, though if you’d rather we do it live, we can arrange for that. All you need to do is simply be mindful of the appointment time and relax.
The beauty of reiki is that it doesn’t require you as a recipient to do anything other than accept and receive.
Reiki’s aim is to work on a person for their greatest and highest good. It is gentle, non-invasive and respectful.
That said, the disclaimer on this page does mention that I am not a medical professional and as such, I recommend you consult with your doctor before engaging with reiki or other alternative treatment methods.
I do everything possible to gently work on any issues you come to me for. In fact, that’s one trait clients know me for as a practitioner: my gentle, careful and kind energy.
Frequency is something I establish on an individual basis. If you’re new to reiki, I recommend a session 1-2 times a month at minimum. I treat myself nearly daily, so there’s really no hard and fast rule.
If there is something you’d like to know or would like me to clarify for you, drop me a quick note and I’ll get back to you.
